Questions you may already be holding

Answers from the Bras Basah studio

Here is the practical map: how a brief is held, how a week unfolds, who sits at the table, how a campaign is edged, how we treat a name you share, and which dawn the deadlines follow.

How does a brand-building engagement work at Brands That Rise?

A brand-building engagement at Brands That Rise begins with discovery: we listen to how you speak about the work today, who you serve, and which public lines already feel true. Brand foundations come next — position, values and the verbal identity you can actually keep. We then shape a brand system so voice and application notes live in one place. A story arc gives the brand narrative a humane sequence, and creative direction keeps later makers inside that house. Rhythm is set in Singapore time: usually a working conversation and a written daybreak review. Engagement models name the vessel; the craft inside remains discovery, foundations, system, arc and direction.

How does a week with the studio usually unfold?

The rooms open on weekdays from nine until six, Singapore time. A retainer often means one long sitting and a short written daybreak review. A sprint packs that pattern into fewer days. A launch partnership adds a human owner for the week the story steps outside. We keep evenings free unless a live rollout truly needs a quiet desk.

Which people from your side should come to the table?

Bring the person who can say yes to a sentence, and the person who will inhabit the brand system after we leave. Founders come when brand foundations are still unnamed. Brand managers come when a story arc exists and wants a tidier house. Agencies already on your side may listen at a sharing; they never stand in for the yes.

How do you draw the edges of a campaign before making starts?

We describe edges as chapters, deliverables and a rhythm. The six doors on the ways-of-working page name the vessel. A Story Arc Project lists the narrative map you will keep. A Brand System Build lists application notes. Money lives in a private letter. These pages compare methods so a Singapore corporate or a regional scale-up can choose a shape. Campaign architecture is a method name here, never a tariff.

What happens to a name or number you share by phone or email?

We use what you share so we can answer and, if you wish, open a brief. The form waits for a ticked yes before anything leaves your browser. Brands That Rise Pte. Ltd. holds the record and does not trade it. Ask to see or mend a line at privacy@brandsthatrise.life. Fresh briefs still land at hello@brandsthatrise.life. The daybook on the privacy page tells the longer story.

Which clock do meetings and due dates follow?

Singapore time. Sister teams across APAC may keep their own dawns, yet every promise we make is dated in SGT. When a sharing must greet a regional Monday, we set it on the Singapore Friday. That habit keeps the Bras Basah rooms honest about the size of a week.

Will you sit beside a team that already makes?

Yes. Creative Direction Retainer and Rebrand Advisory both sit beside capable teams. You keep production. We keep the brand system, the story arc and the daybreak review. Channel mix counsel is available when the narrative already holds.

Where should the first letter land?

Use the form on the contact page, or write to hello@brandsthatrise.life, or call +65 6512 8309 during SGT working hours. Tell us what you want the public to understand. A positioning framework question is a good first sentence.
