Daybook of small marks
What the rising frame may store in a browser
Posted 02 September 2026
Think of this sheet as a terrace inventory. Brands That Rise Pte. Ltd. lists here every porch slip the rising frame at brandsthatrise.life may write, how long each slip lasts, and which vendor stands behind it. The inventory sits beside the daybook letter on personal data. It does not replace that letter. A click on the strip is not a briefing. It creates no note at hello@brandsthatrise.life, and it adds nobody to a list.
Call a cookie a porch slip — a tiny note a browser agrees to hold. Call local storage a second slip the page can reread on a later visit. Both kinds appear only in the rooms described below. The rising frame is not used to follow you across the open web. No cookie-derived audience is sold. No hidden score is built from a preference click.
Three handles on the porch strip
Three handles sit on the strip at the foot of the page. The first handle, labelled Accept all, lets house keys and the borrowed map both run. The second handle, labelled Reject all, leaves only the house keys. The third handle, labelled Customise, lets you allow or refuse the Maps pane on its own, then save that mix. Whatever you pick is remembered for six months. After those six months the strip may return so a fresh choice can be made. You may also wipe site data in your browser whenever you wish. Wiping data is an opt-out we honour, because the record sits on your machine, not in a studio dossier on Bras Basah Road.
If scripts are switched off, the strip stays visible. The form, the telephone, and the mailbox still work. The map on contact.php may still request tiles from Google should the browser load the iframe without asking the house first. A printed address sits in the footer for anyone who prefers not to paint the map. The professional conversation never depends on that pane.
House keys — necessary marks
House-key marks keep the rising frame usable. They include the preference slip that stops the strip from repeating on every click, plus any technical slip a host may write to balance traffic or to shield the form against a flood of machine posts. Clock: the preference slip is written for six months. Infrastructure slips, when present, usually last through the visit or for several hours. Vendor: Brands That Rise Pte. Ltd. writes the preference key; the hosting firm writes any infrastructure slip. None of these items profiles you for advertising. Absent them the strip would return on every click and the host would struggle to keep the sheets steady.
The contact sheet itself writes no marketing cookie. After a successful send you return to contact.php with a query flag so a thanks line can show. The flag sits in the address bar for the visit only. We reuse it for nothing later, and we share it with no media network.
Borrowed window — Google Maps
Google Maps on contact.php is the sole optional embed on this terrace. The iframe can pin 51 Bras Basah Road #16-01 Lazada One Singapore 189554. Once the iframe is allowed to load, Google may write slips or read identifiers so the map can paint, recall a language, or apply abuse shields. Typical clocks for those third-party slips run from a single visit to many months, following notices Google itself publishes. That clock is not ours to set. Vendor: Google LLC together with its group companies, reached through the Maps hosts Google publishes. Purpose: a clear pin on the terrace address. Particulars Google may gather — including an Internet Protocol number, a device identifier, and a referring page — are described in the daybook letter and in Google’s own documentation. If you refuse this room, use the printed address, the telephone +65 6512 8309, and hello@brandsthatrise.life. The conversation still stands.
Rooms the house keeps shut
Advertising tags stay off. Social beacons stay off. Cursor-film tools stay off. Experiment cookies that swap the meaning of a craft page stay off. Should that list ever change, this inventory will change that same day, and the posted date will move. Any fresh vendor will be named before any mark of theirs is allowed. Until that day, the inventory stays short on purpose.
Who stands behind each mark
Four names appear in this inventory. The house itself writes the preference slip and keeps it for half a year, so the three handles (Accept all; Reject all; Customise) are remembered. The firm that hosts brandsthatrise.life may write short technical slips for delivery and safety, lasting a visit or a few hours. Google Maps, when allowed on contact.php, writes whatever slips Google needs to paint a pin on Lazada One; those clocks belong to Google. Type foundries reached through Google Fonts may see an Internet Protocol number when Libre Caslon Display or Mulish is fetched — a fetch, not a dossier we compile. Block third-party requests and the browser will fall back to the typefaces named in the style sheet; the rising frame remains readable.
Clocks, said once
Preference slip: half a year from the tap. Thanks-query in the address bar: this visit only. Host logs tied to a request: see the daybook letter; commonly under ninety days on the operator’s side; that is not a browser cookie. Maps slips: written by Google, often from visit-length up to twenty-four months depending on the slip’s name. We will not invent a catalogue of every Google slip name, because that catalogue belongs to Google and shifts. The honest description names the purpose and the vendor. Six-month preference storage is our own first-party clock; it is the only duration we set by design for a visitor’s choice.
Opting out after a yes
If you earlier chose Accept all and now wish to opt out, wait for the strip to return after six months, or wipe cookies and local storage for brandsthatrise.life in your browser settings, or open the browser’s stored-site panel. A browser shield that blocks frames from other parties is also a valid opt-out; the map may then sit empty while the surrounding copy stays legible. Telephone +65 6512 8309 and hello@brandsthatrise.life need no optional cookie. Those paths stay open on weekdays, nine to six, Singapore Time.
Some office browsers block every third-party slip. That is a sound choice. The terrace will still read a posted note. If office policy also strips the posted form, write by ordinary email. A plain note is better than a brief lost to a locked office laptop. Clearing the preference is enough; you do not need to telephone us to cancel a cookie.
When this inventory moves
Last revised 02 September 2026. Adding a vendor means naming that vendor here, stating the room it belongs to, and asking again for an optional yes where fairness requires it. Questions belong with privacy@brandsthatrise.life or with a paper letter to 51 Bras Basah Road #16-01 Lazada One Singapore 189554. This inventory is written in British English for en-SG readers of the rising frame.
